You stay at home, and we support you—emotionally, financially, and professionally.

Who Is Eligible

You may qualify if....

You care for a family member who is on Indiana Medicaid Waiver
Your loved one lives with you full time
You're not a spouse or legally responsible guardian
You provide daily personal care assistance
